Date Night $19.00

The little one has been dropped off at the grandparent's house, and I'm getting ready for date night!  Primping, no -not yet.  Printing, yes.

Dinner and a movie for 2 for only $19 total.  How?  I'd love to tell you.

First, Living Social, a group savings site, offered a deal I simply could NOT pass up, 2 fandango.com movie tickets for $9.  I snatched them up fast!  Plus, after you've purchased your deal on Living Social, you post a link they provide you on facebook or send it in an e-mail to your Frugal Friends, and if 3 of them also purchase the deal, yours is free!!!  Keep an eye on Living Social, or if I catch wind of a great deal like this, you better bet I'll be posting it on The Frugalista Find.

Next, I got a $20 voucher for Buffalo Wild Wings on Groupon for only $10.  That's like having a 50% off coupon for a restaurant, and I bet you don't see many of those.  Groupon usually has restaurants 4 or 5 times a week.  We don't eat out much at all, but this doubles our eating out budget!!  (I do realize that BWW isn't the most romantic of restaurants, but we happen to really enjoy playing the trivia game.  There are plenty of romantic restaurant options found on Groupon!)

Last, I saved some codes on the back of a Kellogg's cereal box that I redeemed for "concession cash" for our movie theater.  Whether you save Pampers Gifts to Grow codes, Disney movie codes, or take advantage of special promotions on the back of a cereal box, don't overlook these offers because the savings adds up.

Since I did happen to refer 3 friends that purchased the Living Social deal and I had some referral bucks in my Groupon account, this date night is even better than just $19... free.  So I just finished printing all of my vouchers and it's time to get ready for my Frugalista Find-worthy date night.  Best of all, quality time with the hubs.
